At this stage, the Site only collects:

• Your email address, when you submit it to join our waitlist.
• Basic usage data collected automatically when you visit the Site (see Section 3).

We collect your email address on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You provide it voluntarily by submitting the waitlist form. We use it solely to:

• Notify you when Sorella launches or opens for membership applications.
• Send you occasional updates about Sorella's development, if you have indicated interest.

You can withdraw your consent and request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing us at hello@joinsorella.com.

When you visit the Site, standard web server logs and any analytics tools we use may collect:

• Your IP address (anonymised where possible)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring URL

This data is used only to understand general traffic patterns and improve the Site. It is not used to identify you personally and is not linked to your email address.

Your email address is stored securely using industry-standard measures. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use third-party service providers (such as email delivery services) to help us operate the waitlist. These providers act as data processors under GDPR and are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as instructed by us.

We will retain your email address on the waitlist until:

• You request to be removed, or
• Sorella launches and the waitlist is no longer active, whichever comes first.

After the waitlist closes, email addresses will be deleted within 90 days unless you have chosen to create a Sorella account. During this period, we may contact you with information about joining Sorella. You can opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access – you can ask us what data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification – you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure – you can ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Right to restriction – you can ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability – you can ask us to provide your data in a portable format.
• Right to object – you can object to our processing of your data.
• Right to withdraw consent – you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

The Site may use essential cookies necessary for the Site to function. If we use any non- essential cookies (for example, analytics), we will obtain your consent via a cookie banner before placing them.

The Site and Sorella's services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
